*** Beyond *** An IF by Mondi Confinanti Beyond is an Interactive Fiction Game created by Roberto Grassi, Paolo Lucchesi and Alessandro Peretti for Mondi Confinanti (http://www.terradif.net/mondiconfinanti), 2005. The original concept was by Roberto Grassi, Paolo Lucchesi did most of the programming stuff, while Alessandro Peretti did almost all the artwork. To run Beyond you need a Glulxe interpreter (which can be downloaded from http://www.ifarchive.org/indexes/if-archiveXprogrammingXglulxXinterpretersXglulxe.html). Just open your interpreter (for example WinGlulxe) and load the beyond.blb file. Although Beyond should run fine on every interpreter, we suggest you to download and use the Gargoyle interpreter (http://ghostscript.com/~tor/software/gargoyle/) to have the best visive effect. The game include configuration files both for WinGlulxe and Gargoyle interpreters. If your system doesn't have a Glulxe interpreter, you can run a text-only version of Beyond using a z-machine interpreter (http://www.ifarchive.org/indexes/if-archiveXinfocomXinterpreters.html) and loading the beyond.z8 file. During the game the ABOUT command opens an instructions menu, and you can use the HINT command if you get stuck. The game complete walkthrough can be found in the beyond_walkthrough.txt file.
