An IF game for the Adrift System (written during 2006 with Adrift 4.00 R46).
To play this game you will need the ADRIFT Runner v4.0, a freeware program that runs under most Windows platforms. You can obtain this from http://www.adrift.org.uk and http://www.delron.org.uk. If you are using a non-Windows computer a third party runner is available from http://www.geocities.com/legion_if/scare.html or http://www.delron.org.uk.


Game Description
----------------
You are a senior investigator with the police force of what is basically a totalitarian state. On a world where nearly all forms of crime are punishable by execution, you have been called on to investigate someone who has been unlawfully killed. From the initial investigation it clearly looks like an accident and your superior is very keen for you to close the case. You decide to dig a little deeper and it is then that you uncover something that should probably have been better left hidden.


Useful Commands
---------------
For the most of this game you will not use the typical north, south, east, west movement. You will need to examine the teleporter to get around on Morbian.

Some useful commands to help you in your mission - 
exam teleporter, exam communicator, get all from object, morbian, crime, body, meaning, year, charge, law 
look on, behind or under an object, look to redescribe a location, use object with object

You can either 'talk to character' or 'ask character about something'. 

'Conversation' or 'topic' will give a partial list of topics about which you may converse with the various characters.

Note:
This game was written with ADRIFT version 4.00 Release 46 and has been tested with the Adrift Runner version 4.00 R46 and SCARE 1.3.3. It should be noted that when running this game with SCARE some minor formatting issues exist.
