Section 14 - Woodland Clearing

The Woodland Clearing is a room.

South of the Northern Woods is the Woodland Clearing.

Description of the woodland clearing is "A clearing in the wood, looks like it was once cultivated a long time ago. There is a carpet of thyme underfoot that releases a sweet tang into the air as you walk across it."

The thyme is in Woodland Clearing. thyme is scenery. description of thyme is "A powerful herb. Dictators make the trains run on this stuff.".

Understand "carpet" or "carp" or "thym" as thyme.

instead of taking thyme, say "You decide to leave the thyme undisturbed. It would be a waste of it."

Instead of dropping rubber ball when the player's command includes "throw":

Say "You throw the rubber ball, in a shot Dylan bounds away and catches it in his mouth before it hits the ground. He runs back and returns it to your hand.";

Move rubber ball to player.

Instead of throwing rubber ball at something when the player's command includes "throw":

Say "You throw the rubber ball, in a shot Dylan bounds away and catches it in his mouth before it hits the ground. He runs back and returns it to your hand.";

Move rubber ball to player.

Instead of dropping rubber ball:

Say "You drop the rubber ball, it bounces a couple of times, Dylan picks it up in his mouth and returns it to you.[paragraph break]He wags his tail and looks at you expectantly.";

Move rubber ball to player.

seaballing is an action applying to nothing.

Understand "throw ball into sea", "throw ball in sea", "throw rubber ball in sea" and "throw rubber ball into sea" as seaballing.

Instead of seaballing:

If player is carrying rubber ball and location is desolate beach:

Say "You consider throwing Dylans ball into the sea, but the water is freezing and it's his favourite toy, so you decide better of it.";

Else if player is carrying rubber ball and location is not desolate beach:

Say "There is no sea here!";

Else if player is not carrying rubber ball:

Say "You are not carrying a ball."

Understand "blue rubber ball" and "blue rubber" as rubber ball.
