The Adventure Definition Language by Ross Cunniff. ADL is a superset of the older DDL, the Dungeon Design Language written in 1981 by Michael Urban, Chris Kostanick, Michael Stein, Bruce Adler, and Warren Usui, all of the UCLA Computer Club.
